• Contagious diseases
• Cold sores or any viral infection
• Implants within treated area
• Fresh tan within last 4-6 weeks or Sunburn
• Gold Therapy
• Vitiligo
• Uncontrolled Epilepsy
• Any form of skin rash (ie. Dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, etc.)
• Undergoing cancer treatment
• Open wounds around treated area
• Bleeding disorder or blood thinners
• History of keloid or hypertrophic scarring
• Accutane within last 12 months
• Excessive telangiectasia
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Uncontrolled diabetes
• Autoimmune disease
• Sun sensitivity medications
• Allergy to aspirin
• Tattoos on treated area

• Injectables (ie botox/filler..) with the last 2 weeks
• Permanent makeup within the last 4-6 weeks
• Hair removal within the last 4 weeks
• Any advanced/invasive facial or laser treatments within last 4-6 weeks
• Use of actives/exfoliating ingredients within the last 3-5 days 
• Use of retinoids within the last 7 days 
• Raised moles, warts and keloid scars must be avoided
• Recent facial surgery (please wait until fully healed)
• Current use of antibiotics (topical or systemic)
• Extreme sensitivity and/or rosacea
• Client must be on a pigment inhibitor for a minimum of 4 weeks
• No self-tanners, spray tans, etc. for at least 2-4 weeks prior to treatment
