Iron oxides – mineral pigments commonly found in makeup and tinted sunscreen. However, they also offer protection against blue (HEV) light – a light wave that commonly emanates from computer screens, and causes photoaging.

Lipochroman® – a powerful antioxidant that not only fights oxygen free radicals (ROS), but also nitrogen free radicals (RNS) and carbon free radicals (RCS), which come from air pollution. It was shown to be 173% more effective as a cell preserver when stacked against vitamin E, resveratrol, and ferulic acid (plus other common antioxidants, in varying degrees). It also demonstrated an ability to prevent 99.3% of DNA damage from a common air pollutant. After 4-weeks of usage in a clinical study, skin showed a 36.7% improvement in being able to defend against free radicals. Moreover, this ingredient has been shown to slightly decrease pigmentation.

Bisabolol – a chamomile oil extract to moisturize and soothe the skin, as well as protect against UV damage. It also has antimicrobial properties.

Physavie® – a calming, antioxidant plant extract for protection against infrared radiation and signs of aging. It can also help restore the skin barrier. It’s also found in the Colorescience® Pep Up® Collagen Renewal Face & Neck Treatment.

Allantoin – a comfrey plant extract that helps to soften, moisturize and calm the skin. It can also support skin cell regeneration.

Apple Fruit Extract – an antioxidant and a skin smoother with mild, exfoliating properties. It can also improve skin hydration.

Glycerin – a skin softener and skin hydrator (i.e. humectant) with antimicrobial properties to fight bacteria. It helps the skin barrier function.

Jojoba esters – a hydrogenated form of jojoba oil used for soothing, moisturizing and protecting the skin barrier.
Physalis Angulata Extract – an antioxidant and skin calmer made from ground cherry (a.k.a. wither cherry, wild tomato) and gooseberry.

Tocopherol – a form of Vitamin E, acting as an antioxidant to fight free radical damage.

Shake before use.
Apply 15 minutes before sun exposure. Then reapply every 2 hours on dry skin, or 80 minutes after swimming or sweating.
For every application, use 1 oz (30 ml) to cover the entire body.
