Terms & Conditions
- You can upgrade your treatment to one of the other services on our menu. With the tier’d treatment discount rate provided, you would be responsible for paying the difference.Â
- With the membership, you will choose one of the treatments from your membership list (or upgrade to another treatment). For those who receive treatments more than once per month and would like to opt to book a secondary treatment within the same month, you can do so at the provided membership discount.
- 6 month term for each membership with the option to renew
- All members must contact us directly to enroll
- Memberships cannot be combined with other promotions/specials during the membership period.Â
- Your credit card on file will be charged on the 1st of every monthÂ
- If you opt out or not able to commit to your treatment that month, please contact us. Your membership will allow you to carry over one month only, during your membership period.Â
- Memberships cannot be transferred, shared or canceledÂ
